Travelling around the world!

Good evening guys!

This week we are going to work on the topic of travelling so that we can discover new cultures with their particular traditions, celebrations, food and, of course, places to visit!

You can start by doing the following online activities at home. This way you will be ready  and come to class well-informed.

In this first activity you will have to show your knowledge about the most famous natural and cultural monuments of the world! Can you guess where each of them is located?

Let´s move on to the second activity, which is slightly more difficult! Do you love trying exotic dishes and different kinds of food? Try to complete the following crosswords by finding out the name of these dishes from all around the world!

If you have finished the previous activities, the final one is going to be a piece of cake! Have you ever heard about all these traditions and celebrations?

So now that you have completed the online activities I have prepared for you a Prezi interactive presentation as a way of summing up the main words you have found in the activities concerning monuments, gastronomy, traditions and celebrations. I hope you find it helpful!
